Khaitan & Co Promotes Rithika Reddy V To Partner
Khaitan & Co Promotes Rithika Reddy V to Partner
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co has promoted Rithika Reddy V to Partner. She is part of the firm’s Ethics and Investigations team and brings extensive experience in corporate advisory, internal investigations, and compliance-related matters.
Rithika Reddy V’s promotion reflects her strong expertise in handling complex anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and white-collar crime matters, along with her consistent contributions to the firm’s growth and client advisory capabilities.
Rithika Reddy V has been associated with Khaitan & Co for nearly two years, progressing from Principal Associate to Counsel and now Partner. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over five years at IndusLaw, where she advised on employment law, corporate investigations, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters. She began her legal career with Mohan Associates and also gained international experience working with law firms in the United States, including Verma Law Firm and O’Neill & Lian LLP.
Her core areas of expertise include internal and whistle-blower investigations, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering advisory, fraud and misappropriation matters, and designing compliance frameworks. She has advised clients across sectors such as information technology, manufacturing, retail, and transportation, and has been recognized as a “Rising Star/Leading Associate” in the White Collar Crime category by Legal 500 (2023–2026).
Rithika Reddy V holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A.B.L (Hons) from Dr. Ambedkar Law University, School of Excellence in Law. She is a dual-qualified attorney, licensed to practice in both India and the State of California.
Rithika Reddy V said,
“As someone who thought she could not last more than 24 months in a law firm, I am beyond thrilled to announce that I’ve been promoted to Partner at Khaitan & Co!”
This promotion highlights Khaitan & Co’s continued focus on recognising internal talent and strengthening its leadership in the investigations and compliance space, as the firm continues to advise clients on increasingly complex regulatory and enforcement matters.
