Khaitan & Co Welcomes Nishant Arora as Partner in Real Estate Practice

Khaitan & Co is pleased to announce that Nishant Arora has joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate practice, based in Noida.

Nishant Arora brings over 14 years of experience in real estate and construction, having advised domestic and international clients on a wide array of matters, including sale and lease transactions, project transfers, joint developments, local land laws, zoning regulations, RERA compliance, and statutory approvals.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Nishant Arora served at Lumiere Law Partners and has previously been a Partner at Kochhar & Co in the Real Estate and M&A practice. Over his career, he has guided clients on investments in real estate projects, government and private land dealings, conveyancing, licensing, commercial leasing, due diligence, and title verifications across multiple Indian states. He has also handled corporate transactions including mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, and exits.

A graduate of Bharati Vidyapeeth and a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Nishant Arora’s extensive transactional and advisory expertise will strengthen Khaitan & Co’s Real Estate practice and support the firm’s growing client portfolio.
