Kirkland & Ellis Elevates Mallika Abidi to Partner in Restructuring Practice

Kirkland & Ellis has announced the elevation of Mallika Abidi to the position of Partner in its Restructuring practice. Abidi, an alumna of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Class of 2012, brings over 11 years of experience in the field of Restructuring and Debt Solutions to her new role.

Abidi embarked on her legal career at Allen & Overy, where she honed her expertise during a decade-long tenure before making a transition to M&G Investments. Her journey with Kirkland & Ellis began in January 2023 when she joined the firm as a Restructuring Associate.

In addition to Mallika Abidi's promotion, Kirkland & Ellis also announced the elevation of Sandipan De to Partner in its Debt Finance practice as part of this latest round of promotions.
