Kochhar & Co. Expands Legal Capabilities in Corporate, Private Equity, and Dispute Resolution
The leading Indian full-service law firm, Kochhar & Co. has announced a strategic expansion of its Delhi office with the addition of a ten-lawyer team, including Ketan Mukhija (Partner – Corporate & M&A, Co-Head, Venture Capital), Abhinav Agnihotri (Partner – Dispute Resolution), and Guneet Singh Chadha (Partner – Corporate & M&A).
The new appointments reinforce the Firm’s pan-India capabilities and complement its established strengths. The incoming partners bring deep transactional, advisory, and litigation experience, sectoral expertise, and a client-focused approach aligned with Kochhar & Co.’s culture of excellence.
Ketan Mukhija advises multinational corporations, private equity funds, venture capital investors, founders, and strategic acquirers on complex investment structures, high-value M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, banking and finance matters, competition law, and employment issues. Ketan is a graduate of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and has previously worked with leading Indian and international firms, including Herbert Smith Freehills, London, as well as senior in-house leadership roles in infrastructure-focused enterprises.
Abhinav Agnihotri brings extensive expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes, public law, employment disputes, regulatory matters, and white-collar crime. He has advised corporates and financial institutions in multi-jurisdictional, high-stakes proceedings, including matters involving governmental and quasi-judicial authorities.
Guneet Singh Chadha has over a decade of experience in complex corporate and commercial matters, focusing on M&A and private equity transactions. He has served as Senior Legal Consultant at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), worked with top-tier law firms and an international private equity firm, and advised clients in the UAE, enhancing cross-border transactional capabilities.
