KPMG Director Akshika Harikrishnan to Join Khaitan & Co as Director - Direct Tax and Private Client

KPMG Director Akshika Harikrishnan is set to join the leading law firm Khaitan & Co as Director of Direct Tax and Private Client at the firm’s Bengaluru office in September 2023.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the Christ Church College (2006) and completed her Chartered Accountancy from ICAI (2011).

Having over 12 years of experience in advising family offices and businesses, she specialises in M&A Tax, with special focus on estate and succession planning, including trust structures, ownership governance and family constitution.
