Krishnayan Sen to merge Verus Advocates disputes practice with L&L Partners
His expertise lies in international arbitration and insolvency regime
Krishnayan Sen, the Founding Partner of Verus Advocates is joining L&L Partners. He intends to merge his firm's dispute resolution practice with L&L Partners.
A 2006 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, he has over 16 years of legal experience. Sen began his career as a junior counsel to Senior Advocate and former Additional Solicitor General of India VR Reddy. He later became a Partner at Udayan Sen & Co.
In 2011, Sen launched his own firm Verus Advocates with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.
An Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court, Sen is a seasoned litigator, well recognized in the areas of Commercial Disputes, International Arbitration and Insolvency regime.
