Kshitish Raj Joins Hitachi Energy as Lead Counsel – Grid Integration India

Kshitish Raj has started a new position as Lead Counsel Grid Integration India at Hitachi Energy.

Raj brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience as a legal counsel and compliance professional across leading global companies. Since March 2019, he served as Legal Counsel APAC at Linxon, where he managed responsibilities spanning litigation, compliance, and contract management.

Prior to Linxon, Raj held the position of AVP Legal at ABB and served as Legal and General Counsel at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions India Private Limited, leading legal affairs, compliance, arbitration, and providing commercial and strategic advice. He also gained valuable experience at CMC LTD and VAISH ASSOCIATES, where he handled legal matters focused on contracts, compliance, and litigation.

Raj holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law (1999–2003) and a B.Sc. in Botany from Bhagalpur Careers (1994–1998).
