Hawpe succeeds Rob Friedman and his job profile will continue emphasising on full-time practice and co-chair responsibilities for the firm's Arbitration Practice Group which Shareholder Rob Friedman carried on.
"Jeremy plays a vital role in the firm. None other than him can be the ideal candidate to lead the Dallas and Fayetteville offices. His various leadership roles along with strong community ties deserve appreciation," expressed Erin Webber, Littler's managing director and president. Furthermore, he is very hopeful about Hawpe's sustained contributions as he builds on the success of his predecessor, Rob Friedman.
Webber expressed his gratitude for Rob Friedman for his long years of leadership and services. He further said, "Rob was influential in leading both the offices through the pandemic while continuing to develop Littler's existence within those markets, as well as firm-wide."
Hawpe counsels and represents employers in the infrastructure, healthcare, insurance, staffing and transportation industries. He has effectively tried several matters before federal juries working as practised litigator in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Besides, Hawpe also helps clients with partial competition matters, discrimination and harassment claims and federal and state pay and hour audits. "A strong base was established by Rob in both the markets. Hence I am optimistic to further set Littler's reputation as a leading provider of labor and employment legal services regionally and beyond."
