L&L Partners strengthens its Restructuring and Insolvency practice after Shivani Sinha joins as Partner
Shivani Sinha has joined as a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice at L&L Partners.
The Firm has boosted its Partner count to 60 and inducted fresh recruits taking the total count to 320 members.
Shivani is an expert in restructuring and finance matters. She was earlier working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and before that she had worked with Link Legal.
Shivani has represented some of the largest banks and financial institutions before the various High Courts and tribunals in high stake and complex restructuring and finance matters.
To bolster its growth, L&L Partners has inducted twenty Counsel at Managing Associate and Associate levels in general corporate, TMT, capital markets, banking & finance, indirect tax, competition, dispute resolution, and restructuring & finance domains.
Shivani is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
The hiring of new Counsel across its offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, is a testament to the Firm's Founder and Managing Partner, Mr. Rajiv K Luthra's vision of building strategic partnerships with young leaders paving the way for future generations.
Recently, Krishnayan Sen - the Founding Partner and Head of Disputes Practice at Verus, merged his firm's dispute resolution practice with L&L Partners.
