Mrunal Asawadekar Appointed Compliance Officer At Sterlite Technologies

Sterlite Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Mrunal Asawadekar as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective February 1, 2025. The decision was made during the Board of Directors' meeting held on January 17, 2025.

Mrunal brings with her over 13 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, including more than a decade of service with Sterlite Technologies. She has an impressive track record of managing ESOPs, handling multiple M&A transactions, business structuring, and overseeing compliance frameworks.

She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Mumbai University.
