Nandini Navale Joins Khaitan & Co as Partner in Private Client Practice
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, has appointed Nandini Navale as a Partner in its Private Client practice, based in the Singapore office. Navale brings over a decade of experience advising high-net-worth families on Investment Funds, Single Family Office (SFO) structures, tax and regulatory matters, and the full SFO lifecycle.
Her work focuses on cross-border mandates, particularly within the India-Singapore corridor, and she provides guidance on impact investing, ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and philanthropic initiatives.
Before joining Khaitan & Co, Navale was a Partner in the financial services practice at Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore, serving wealth and asset management clients. She has also held roles as counsel and compliance officer for the private equity fund Capital Square Partners.
Navale holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA, LLB) with honors from the National Law School of India University and has earned specialized certifications in compliance, wealth management, and trusts, including Advanced Certificates in Trust Services and Philanthropy from the Wealth Management Institute (WMI), an Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA), STEP certification in Advising the Family Business, and an ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering.
Her appointment strengthens Khaitan & Co’s Private Client practice, enhancing its capabilities in SFO advisory, cross-border wealth structuring, and philanthropic counsel.
