Neytra Nayak Joins Fox & Mandal as Associate Partner in Bengaluru Office
Fox & Mandal has announced the addition of Neytra Nayak as an Associate Partner in its Corporate & Commercial and Capital Markets & Securities Law practice groups. She will be based in the firm’s Bengaluru office.
Neytra is an alumna of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and holds an LL.M. from York University, Canada. She brings considerable expertise in private equity, venture capital, and general corporate advisory, having advised investors, founders, and growth-stage companies on investment rounds, shareholder arrangements, and business transfers across various sectors.
She has previously worked with leading law firms including SAMVĀD: Partners, Argus Partners, Saakshya Law, and Poovayya & Co.
