Parinam Law Associates elevates Monisha Mane Bhangale to partnership
The firm has also made two new principal and three new senior associates
Parinam Law Associates has promoted Monisha Mane Bhangale as a partner. With her elevation, the partner count at the firm now stands at eight across offices in Mumbai, Pune, and New Delhi.
The firm has also promoted Yashashree Munde and Devansh Shah to principal associates and Rahul Agarwal, Amit Patil, and Yashovardhan Deshmukh to senior associates.
In a statement, Parinam Law Associates officials said, "Those promoted have played an integral role in the growth of the firm and have demonstrated their capabilities in delivering quality legal advice while exhibiting strong leadership skills."
Bhangale has over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation. She has handled several contentious litigations relating to commercial and property disputes, intellectual property rights, writ petitions, arbitrations, competition laws, insolvency and Companies Act matters, and issues under the National Green Tribunal Act.
A 2012 graduate of the University of Mumbai, she earned her LLM in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of London in 2013. Bhangale has also been advising and representing celebrities, authors, and media and production houses in litigations concerning intellectual property disputes before various Indian courts.
