Rabindra Purohit Joins Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemical As Vice President - Legal
Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemical Corporation Limited has appointed Rabindra Kumar Purohit as Vice President - Legal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective 1 February, 2025.
A qualified Company Secretary and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Purohit is a law graduate from Berhampur University. His areas of specialization include corporate governance, board management, ethics and compliance, litigation, contracts, intellectual property protection, data privacy, cross-border transactions, and strategic legal frameworks.
Prior to joining Deepak Fertilisers, he served as Head - Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary at NIVEA India for over nine years. His career also includes key legal and leadership roles at Vodafone India, Bharti Delmonte Foods, and Lexport Law Firm, where he managed litigation, tax disputes, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection.
