Rajaram Legal, the law firm founded in 2016 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, has announced the addition of Chitra Raghavan as a partner to head its Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate practice.
With two decades of experience in GC law and M&A, Raghavan is the former co-founder of Avigna Law. Her practice included advising and representing major start-ups.
