Rakki Partani joins Khaitan & Co as partner in real estate practice at Bengaluru
She was previously serving at J Sagar Associates
Rakki Partani has joined Khaitan & Co as a partner in the real estate practice at the firm's Bengaluru office.
Commenting on her joining, Amar Sinhji, the executive director at Khaitan & Co, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Rakki Partani as a partner in our real estate practice. Based in Bengaluru, she will also cover Chennai and our rapidly growing real estate practice in South India, helped by her overall local experience. She will add tremendous long-term value to our clients and market presence in the real estate sector.”
A 2007 graduate of the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai, Partani has over 14 years of experience. She specializes in real estate, private equity and debt, general corporate advisory, and M&A.
Patani has previously worked with leading law firms including HSB Partners and Wadia Ghandy & Co. She served at J Sagar Associates for seven years and for over two years held the position of a partner.
