Sanjiv Malhotra has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a senior advisor in the firm's tax practice in Delhi.
A chartered accountant, with a masters' in business economics from the University of Delhi, Malhotra started his career at KPMG working as a consultant in transfer pricing.
With over 18 years of experience, he held the position of a partner at BMR Advisors for a decade. He worked with Baker & McKenzie as the director of economics for nearly five years and was a senior director and chief economist at DMD Advocates for three years.
