The global ice cream leader, Magnum Ice Cream Company, has appointed Shalini Sinha as Global General Counsel (Media & Marketing).
Before joining Magnum Ice Cream Co, Shalini Sinha served as Legal Head (Foods) at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where she also led the Supply Chain Legal Team and partnered with the Human Resources vertical. With over two decades of experience, she has worked across industries including manufacturing, automobiles, and FMCG, managing diverse legal areas such as advisory, litigation, compliance, intellectual property, contract management, and corporate governance.
Her core expertise spans media and marketing law, corporate demergers, M&A transactions, brand protection, compliance frameworks, and risk management. She has also led legal strategy for global teams, demonstrating leadership in navigating regulatory and commercial complexities.
At Magnum Ice Cream Co, Sinha will lead the Media & Marketing Legal Team globally, contributing to the company’s growth and governance standards following its demerger from Unilever Plc.
