Sharad Joshi Join Luthra and Luthra Strengthens Corporate Team
Sharad Joshi join Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India Strengthens Corporate Team as a Partner in the at Firm’s Mumbai office.
With over 16 years of experience, Sharad brings an extensive background in Project Financing, Infrastructure Legal Advisory, and EPC Contracting. His comprehensive expertise includes Financing and Security Documentation, Master Restructuring Agreements, Take-out Finance Documents, Bid Documents (including Concession Agreements), tax-efficient EPC Contracts, privately placed Debenture Transactions, and Acquisitions.
Prior to joining Luthra and Luthra, he was a Senior Partner at SNG & Partners, where he gained a reputation for his corporate acumen and strategic insight. Sharad is a graduate of Bombay University (2006) and holds an LL.M. from the same institution (2008).
Sharad brings in his team to the Firm, including Associates Rachit Verma and Prarthana Markod from SNG & Partners.
