Shilpa Sachdeva Bhullar Joins Jubilant Ingrevia as Vice President – Legal
Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has announced the appointment of Shilpa Sachdeva Bhullar as Vice President – Legal, based at the company’s Corporate Office in Noida. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the legal, compliance, and governance frameworks across the Jubilant Group and will serve as a Legal Business Partner, working closely with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, enhance legal processes, and ensure regulatory alignment.
With nearly two decades of experience in legal affairs, compliance, governance, strategic transactions, ESG, and risk management across highly regulated sectors, Shilpa brings strong expertise in supporting policy, cross-border commercial matters, and regulatory strategy.
She joins Jubilant Ingrevia from PI Industries, where she served in multiple leadership capacities, including Group Risk & Compliance Officer and Head – Legal, Risk & Compliance, providing advisory to the R&D, CPD, and Biologicals business units. Prior to this, she headed the legal and corporate affairs function at Rivigo and also served as Lead Counsel – Corporate. Her previous experience includes heading Legal Affairs at PI Industries, senior legal roles at DSM (now Centrient Pharmaceuticals) for the AMEA region, and earlier engagements with UnitedLex, Future Generali, and Bajaj Allianz. Her foundational legal training at leading law firms Amarchand Mangaldas and Dua Associates shaped her early exposure to corporate legal practice.
Shilpa is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (B.S.L., LL.B.) and holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSIU and in Consumer & Contract Laws from ILS Law College. She is an IICA Certified ESG Professional Impact Leader and holds additional certifications in GRI Standards (BSI), Business & Climate Change (Harvard Business School Online), along with leadership training from IIM Ahmedabad.
