Sudipta Chakraborty has been appointed by the Aditya Birla Group in the position of Vice President - Group Legal & Compliance.
With over 19 years of experience in managing complex legal, regulatory, forensic, and compliance mandates, she has built and scaled strong global and regional legal, compliance, and tax teams for start-ups and Fortune 100 companies across sectors.
A 2005 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, she served the law firms Economic Laws Practice and Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. Later, she worked at FMC Corporation and Adient. For over three years, she was the general counsel and head of compliance at RoundGlass.
