Taskeen Pirani joins Dentons Link Legal as Associate Partner in Healthcare and Lifesciences Practice
Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of Taskeen Pirani as an Associate Partner in its Healthcare and Lifesciences (LSH) practice, based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Taskeen Pirani completed her B.L.S., LL.B. from Pravin Gandhi College of Law in 2010. She began her career at JM Financial in the Risk Management Department, building strong expertise in regulatory compliance and commercial risk analysis. She later moved into private practice, joining DSK Legal, transitioning with the team to Pioneer Legal, and subsequently spending over two years with Economic Laws Practice.
With more than nine years of experience, Taskeen has gained extensive expertise in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors. Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance, having advised on several high-value and complex transactions for both Indian and international clients.
