The leading law firm Trilegal has expanded its Corporate practice with the induction of Abhishek Guha, Tanya Uppal, and Mahesh Wasadikar as Partners. Abhishek Guha brings nearly two decades of expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic corporate advisory. He has advised marquee global private equity sponsors, pension funds, investment banks, and multinational corporations across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, financial services, and manufacturing. Recognised for structuring and executing complex, high-value deals, Abhishek has played a pivotal role in several landmark transactions in India.
Tanya Uppal is a seasoned private equity and M&A specialist with significant experience advising global investors, sovereign wealth funds, and corporates on cross-border transactions, acquisitions, and exits. Her work spans technology, financial services, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing. Tanya is well-regarded for her commercial approach and ability to deliver practical solutions in complex, high-stakes negotiations.
Mahesh Wasadikar focuses on private equity, M&A, and corporate restructuring, advising both strategic and financial investors on investments, joint ventures, and portfolio exits.
