Venkata Ramana joins Nuvoco Vistas as Senior Vice President & Head Legal

He was previously serving at Tata Projects Limited

Venkata Ramana has joined India’s fifth-largest cement group, Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited, as a Senior Vice President & Head Legal. He will oversee the company’s operations focusing on enhancing legal processes.

Having started his legal career practicing law at the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Ramana has over 25 years of legal expertise in infrastructure, cement, and FMCG sectors.

He was previously working with Tata Projects Limited, holding the position of Executive Vice President & Head Legal. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Hindustan Construction Company as General Manager, Legal.

He has held various prominent positions at Ambuja Cements Ltd, Vidyut Metallics Ltd and Sanghi Industries (cement division).
