Vir Inderpal Singh Sandhu joins DLF Limited as Vice President – Legal
He was previously serving at Karanjawala & Co
DLF Limited has announced the addition of Vir Inderpal Singh Sandhu as Vice President-Legal in New Delhi’s Connaught Place office.
Sandhu’s expertise lies in dispute resolution. He has immense experience in civil and commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters, white-collar crimes, and corporate disputes.
A 2004 graduate of the Guru Nanak Dev University, he holds an L.L.M in business law from the University of Kurukshetra in 2006. He was working as a principal associate at Karanjawala & Co.
During his stint at the legal firm, Sandhu handled cases for international and national clients including high-net individuals. These include Jack Dorsey (former founder & CEO of Twitter-now X), Ratan Tata (Chairman Emeritus Tata Sons), MJ Akbar (former cabinet minister), Prakash Singh Badal (ex-CM of Punjab), Gautam Thapar (Indian businessman), Anil Ambani (Reliance), and Bikram Jeet Singh Majithia (ex-finance minister of Punjab).
He also advised on the 2G Spectrum scam, and corporate houses including Tata Sons, Adani Group, Raheja Developers, and Birla Group.
