Vishwanath Pratap Singh Joins Bharti Enterprises As Head Of Corporate Legal
Vishwanath Singh, a 2007 graduate of the National Law School of India University, is an experienced corporate law practitioner with over 18 years of professional experience. He specializes in M&A, private equity (PE), and venture capital (VC) transactions, and has worked extensively with private equity investors, promoters, development finance institutions, pension funds, and impact investors on equity and quasi-equity transactions across India and South Asia.
Prior to joining Bharti Enterprises and beginning his stint as an in-house counsel, Singh was a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for five years. He has previously worked with Luthra and Luthra, Trilegal, and the erstwhile Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
