AKSET Co-founder sets up ATD Law and signs alliance with Mori Hamada

AKSET Co-founder sets up ATD Law and signs alliance with Mori Hamada
Abadi Abi Tisnadisastra, a former founding partner of the Indonesian law firm AKSET Law, has founded ATD Law in Jakarta and established an alliance with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Japan.
Alfa Dewi Setiawati, a former partner at AKSET Law, joined Tisnadisastra's new company, ATD, where he serves as managing partner.
Tisnadisastra has worked in the fields of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporations, finances, telecommunications (telecom), and technology (tech) for over 20 years for domestic and foreign clients.
Many different sectors, including banking, financial services, manufacturing, IT, e-commerce, and fintech, have benefited from his international acquisitions and investments. Along with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, he also offers clients advice on data privacy and protection.
Along with Arfidea Saraswati, Mohamad Kadri, and Johannes C. Sahetapy-Engel, Tisnadisastra established AKSET Law in Jakarta in 2010. The other partners are still in AKSET Law, with Kadri serving as a senior partner of Guido Hidayanto & Partners since 2020.
A desk for Jakarta clients was previously established by Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in 2016 at AKSET Law. The new relationship will begin in January of next year, and Tetsu Takeuchi, a partner of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Singapore, will be headquartered in Jakarta to support it.
