Allen & Overy advised on a EUR750 million senior unsecured bond intended for qualified investors and admitted to listing on the multilateral trading system (MTF) Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin with a fixed annual coupon of 4.375% that matures in December 2024.
The financial institutions that serve as Joint Bookrunners were CréditAgricole CIB, BBVA, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, IMI – IntesaSanpaolo, ING and J.P. Morgan.
The A&O team was headed by International Capital Markets partners – Cristiano Tommasi and Craig Byrne; Sarah Capella (senior associate), Francesco Laurenti (trainee). Elia Ferdinando Clarizia (Counsel) and Lino Ziliotti (associate) counselled on tax aspects.
