Legal Era (LE): Share with us your previous job experiences and how it has helped you to reach at this position?
Rajat Jain (RJ): It has been decades now, but I still remember the first few years of exposure and learning very distinctly. It was an exciting experience-from making cold calls, suspecting and identifying prospects. I think I was lucky to be working in an environment where responsibility and work were assigned to a new comer like me, as long as I was willing to take the initiative- to learn with a right attitude. This experience helped me in building a strong foundation and embedded a set of professional benchmarks, routine and discipline in me, which helped me to succeed in life& share my experience with the budding new generation.
