Do Do is the Head of the Legal and Compliance, before transitioning to law, she has over decades of experience as a Chartered Engineer. In her current role, she oversees a wide range of contentious and non-contentious legal matters.

Under her leadership, the legal team was awarded the “Construction & Real Estate In-House Team of the Year” in 2025 by Thomson Reuters’ Asian Legal Business, one of the industry’s highest distinctions. She was also named among the Top 6 finalists for “Woman Lawyer of the Year,” “Compliance & Risk Management In-House Team of the Year,” and “In-House Team of the Year”. She is listed as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist in 2024 and 2025 and has been recognized as Senior Legal Counsel of the Year for her outstanding leadership and legal impact across East Asia.
