Jose Luis Mejia

Jose Luis Mejia’s is a Partner in Acedo Santamarina, S.C. with approximately 12 years of experience in the field. His practice areas include telecommunications, media and technology, e-commerce, intellectual property, data privacy, corporate and administrative law. He has successfully advised global corporations and domestic telecom operators in highly regulated matters of the field, including advise on complex satellite systems, telephony networks, the deployment of telecoms infrastructure, Internet regulation, MVNO licensing and operations, e-commerce and other communication technologies. He has also participated in several public matters advising the Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transportation in the Mexsat Program and the Red Compartida project.
