Jyoti Kakatkar

Jyoti has over a decade of experience in the general corporate practice including private equity and venture capital investments. As part of the Eight Roads’ legal team, Jyoti plays a crucial role in strategizing and closing deals with early/growth stage companies, and portfolio related matters. Prior to Eight Roads, she was a part of the corporate law teams at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co. where she worked on several domestic and cross-border transactions. Jyoti is an alumni of Government Law College, Mumbai and also has a degree in Bachelors of Mass Media.
