Kumar advises clients on applicability of labour regulations and compliance, issues relating to termination of services of employees and managing redundancies, deployment of contract labour, and review of employee policies and handbooks. He is regularly involved in drafting opinions on aspects of FEMA, Companies Act and other Corporate and Commercial laws.
