Pat Saini is a Partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, where she leads the Immigration team and co-heads the firm's India group. With over 20 years of experience, Pat is recognised as a leading immigration expert, advising multinational corporations, start-ups, educational institutions, HNW individuals, and Indian companies operating in the UK and globally.

Pat's expertise spans sponsor compliance, business immigration strategy, Brexit-related challenges, risk management, and high-net-worth immigration solutions including investor, entrepreneur, and exceptional talent visas. She has played a pivotal role in shaping UK immigration policy, regularly liaising with senior Home Office officials and leading successful lobbying efforts—such as recognising education partnerships for visa purposes and helping to redesign the Tier 1 Tech Nation visa.

Pat is Chair of the Immigration Working Group at Tech London Advocates, a mentor for Founders4Schools, and a member of the UKVI Business Forum. She also contributes to the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, heading its gender subgroup.
