Mr. Essa Mohammed Al Sulaiti is the founder and chairman with extensive experience in corporate, construction, real estate, and sports law, as well as international arbitration. A certified arbitrator, he is accredited by multiple regional and international bodies, including the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre (GCC-CAC), Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA), Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center (KCAC), Oman Commercial Arbitration Center (OCAC), and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

Mr. Al Sulaiti has represented clients and acted as counsel in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, and QICCA rules and has been appointed as sole arbitrator, tribunal member, and president of arbitral tribunals. He advises on arbitration clauses, governing law, jurisdiction, enforcement of awards, and international judgment recognition.

His practice spans corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, and shareholder and director disputes. He also advises on company formation, foreign investment, corporate governance, legal auditing, and due diligence. In the sports sector, Mr. Al Sulaiti holds an Executive LLM in Sports Law and has served on the Asian Football Confederation Legal Committee and as an arbitrator at TAS/CAS, QSAF, NSAT, and the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center. He received the “Best Practice International Sport Arbitration Award” at the Legal Community MENA Awards 2023.
