Ahmed Durrani is a Partner at the firm, specializing in arbitration, corporate, and commercial advisory. Since joining the legal profession in 2015, Ahmed has developed extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on dispute resolution and advisory work.

Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a leading law firm in Pakistan, where he worked in both advisory and dispute resolution departments, handling civil and commercial law matters. At the firm, Ahmed provides strategic legal guidance on corporate and commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing legal opinions and submissions, and representing clients in arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings.

Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from City, University of London, and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School, London. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and a licensed Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan through the Punjab Bar Council.

Fluent in Urdu and English, Ahmed combines international legal training with practical experience in commercial and corporate matters, providing clients with clear, effective, and results-oriented legal solutions.
