Charlotte Bijlani is a Partner and Head of the Dubai office, leading the Middle East Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in complex international arbitration and commercial litigation across key sectors, including aviation, energy, infrastructure, and maritime. With full rights of audience before both the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and the higher courts of England & Wales, Charlotte represents clients in high-value, cross-border disputes throughout the region.

Her practice spans arbitration, mediation, expert determination, and dispute risk management, complemented by significant expertise in data protection and cybercrime. Charlotte frequently acts as an arbitrator—serving as sole, co-arbitrator, or chair—under ad hoc, ICC, LCIA, and DIFC-LCIA rules.

Charlotte holds an LLB (Hons) in Business Law from City University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London. She is a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, a member of the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates, and serves on the Committee of the Society of Construction Law (Gulf).
