Mr. Ahmad bin Ali Ahmad Mohammed Al-Hail is a Cassation Lawyer registered with the Committee for the Admission of Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University and brings over a decade of distinguished legal and prosecutorial experience.

From 2007 to 2021, Mr. Al-Hail served in Qatar’s Public Prosecution, holding roles across various general and specialized divisions, including Narcotics, Traffic, Environment, Technical Office, and more. His last role was as Head of the Environment and Municipality Prosecution, before transitioning fully into legal practice.

Mr. Al-Hail is highly skilled in civil law, commercial law, personal status law, and arbitration, with significant litigation experience before all levels of Qatari courts. He has received specialized legal training both locally and internationally in areas such as cybercrime and public prosecution work.

Among his notable achievements, he secured first place with an 'Excellent' grade in the mandatory Assistant Public Prosecutors training at Qatar’s Centre for Legal and Judicial Studies. He has also participated in prominent legal programs in Morocco, Kuwait, and the U.S., underscoring his commitment to legal excellence and international best practices.
