With over 36 years of experience, he is a leading commercial litigator and arbitrator admitted to practice in Nigeria (1988) and in England and Wales (2009). Dapo has represented clients in high-value domestic and international arbitration proceedings and has appeared before all superior courts of record in Nigeria.

His practice focuses on resolving complex commercial disputes across sectors including oil and gas, maritime, tax, construction, transportation, banking, FMCG, mining, and finance. He advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment firms, insurance companies, and lending institutions on litigation strategy, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) since 2020 and Notary Public since 2006, Dapo is a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
