Deepa Vallabh is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 23 years of experience, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructurings, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A into Africa. She has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of sectors, including insurance, telecommunications, media, agriculture, manufacturing, consumer products, mining and resources, private equity, exchange control, pharmaceuticals, and regulatory compliance.
