Sammy is the Managing Partner of Kieti, where he leads the firm’s strategy and practice across a wide range of sectors and industries. His expertise spans corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, finance and banking, dispute resolution, tax and exchange control, private equity, competition law, employment law, and restructuring and insolvency. He also advises on specialist sectors including agriculture, mining, energy and power, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, financial services, technology, media and telecommunications, and regulatory compliance.

Sammy began his career at a leading Kenyan law firm, where he rose to Partner before joining Kieti in 2017 as Managing Partner. He holds an LL.M in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation (with distinction, Best Graduating Student) from the University of Warwick and an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Nairobi.

He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the International Bar Association.
