Susan-Barbara Boye is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Commercial practice group of the firm. A dual-qualified lawyer in Ghana and New York State, she brings over 22 years of legal experience advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions. She is recognized for her deep expertise in structuring, negotiating, and advising on high-value deals across sectors including telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT).

Susan-Barbara has led major transactions for both international and Ghanaian corporations, representing clients such as Scancom PLC (MTN Ghana), Vodafone, ATC Tower (Ghana) Ltd, Samsung Electronics SA, Cargill Trade and Capital Markets, and DigitalGov Ltd. Her strategic legal counsel has been instrumental in advancing key mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance within Ghana's dynamic corporate landscape.

She holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northwestern University School of Law, and an MBA in Finance and Information Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business.

Susan-Barbara is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Her cross-border legal capability makes her a leading expert in international corporate law and technology-driven transactions.
