Seth Asante is the Managing Partner of the firm and leads its Financial Institutions & Capital Markets, and Energy & Infrastructure practice groups. With over 23 years of legal and advisory experience, Seth is a trusted expert in corporate finance, capital markets, banking and securities regulation, restructuring, and insolvency. He has advised on numerous high-value, cross-border and domestic transactions involving equity and debt financing, energy infrastructure, and financial services.

Seth’s diverse client portfolio includes leading institutions such as Ghana Amalgamated Trust Plc, African Export-Import Bank, Citibank, Scancom Plc (MTN Ghana), Oasis Capital, Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana Stock Exchange, Ministry of Finance, Newmont Ghana, AngloGold Ashanti, Tullow Ghana, Kosmos Energy, Vitol SA, and Aker Energy. His advisory role has been central to many blue-chip transactions that shape Ghana’s financial and energy sectors.

Seth holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law, and an MSc in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors, and INSOL International (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals).
