Giovanni is a Partner at BonelliErede, specializing in banking and finance law with particular expertise in securitisations, structured finance transactions, debt capital markets, and loan transactions. He advises leading financial institutions, insurers, and real estate companies on complex financing structures and regulatory matters, providing strategic and commercially focused legal solutions.

Within BonelliErede, Giovanni is an active member of the Africa Team, the Banks Focus Team, and the Debt Capital Markets Focus Team. His work spans domestic and cross-border transactions, supporting clients in navigating the evolving financial landscape in Italy and across emerging markets.

Giovanni joined BonelliErede in 2015 and was made Partner in 2024. Before that, he gained valuable experience as an associate at a major Italian law firm, where he worked from 2009 to 2014.

A member of the Italian Bar, Giovanni holds a law degree from Bocconi University in Milan. He is fluent in English.
