Tom Swarbrick is a highly experienced construction and projects lawyer advising governments, developers, funders, and contractors on complex energy and infrastructure developments across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He provides practical and commercially focused advice on all stages of major projects, from procurement and contracting through to construction and operation.

Tom’s practice covers a wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, renewable energy, power generation, and large-scale social and industrial infrastructure. His experience includes advising on landmark transactions such as the Al Sadawi Solar PV Project in Saudi Arabia, Facility E IWPP in Qatar, the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm in the UK, and the NEOM Residential Communities in Saudi Arabia.

He is known for his technical excellence, responsiveness, and ability to provide clear, solution-oriented guidance on challenging contractual and commercial issues. Tom holds a B.A. from the University of Manchester and completed both his G.D.L. and L.P.C. at Nottingham Law School. He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and is recognised by clients for his collaborative and pragmatic approach to delivering successful project outcomes.
