Amir is a seasoned UAE litigator with over 15 years of experience specialising in commercial, white-collar crime, and banking litigation. He has extensive expertise in handling complex disputes involving commercial transactions, financial institutions, and Islamic finance, representing a wide range of clients across the GCC and MENA region.

Before entering private practice, Amir served as a police officer with the Dubai Police, where he gained valuable experience working in key departments, including the Bur Dubai Police Station. As a licensed UAE lawyer, Amir has full rights of audience before all UAE courts, including the Courts of Cassation and the Supreme Court.
