Ahmed Al Fardan joined the firm in 2015 and was promoted to partner in 2021. During his tenure, he was seconded to a leading regional media network. His main practice areas include Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, and Commercial law.

Ahmed works closely with several leading financial institutions and government-owned companies in Bahrain. He has led numerous significant transactions, including the sale of Alhilal Life and Alhilal Takaful by Ahli United Bank to Solidarity Bahrain, Nogaholding’s (now Bapco Energies) sustainability-linked upsizing of its $1.6 billion Murabaha Facility to $2.2 billion, the development of standard terms and conditions for a leading retail bank in Bahrain, the repurchase of equity in a regional pharmaceutical company, and the cross-border restructuring of a global manufacturer.
