Zeenat A. Al Mansoori is the Managing Partner at Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates and a licensed attorney admitted to practice before all courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Cassation Court and the Constitutional Court. Practicing law since the 1980s, she brings over 30 years of experience in litigation and international commercial arbitration, serving both as counsel and arbitrator. Zeenat is recognized for her sharp legal acumen, analytical skills, and dedication to achieving optimal results for her clients.
She is an active member of the legal and broader community, having authored numerous publications on various legal topics and taught at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) and the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute of Bahrain (JLSI). Zeenat is frequently invited to speak at local, regional, and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Her professional memberships and roles include being a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), practicing arbitrator at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, and the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution, as well as a member of the International Bar Association and the Bahrain Bar Society. She has served on multiple committees, including the Judicial Committee for Disciplinary Action against Lawyers, the Committee of Petition and Reconsideration of Tenders, and the Judicial Committee for Legal Aid. She was also the founding member and first president of the Bahrain Consumer Protection Society and has held non-executive and independent board roles, including at ASMAK B.S.C. (c), and served on the Validation Panel for the Royal University for Women’s Bachelor of Law program.
