Soibi Ovia is a Founding Partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe, where she leads the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. With over 17 years of experience, she is a highly respected commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer known for her strategic handling of complex disputes across telecommunications, banking, energy, and intellectual property sectors.

A graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology (LL.B., 2006) and the Nigerian Law School (B.L., 2007), Soibi is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She is actively involved in the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, NBA Section on Business Law, and the Capital Market Solicitors Association.

Soibi serves as Vice Chair of the Arbitration and ADR Committee of the NBA-SBL, where she champions alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Nigeria.
