Zeyad Khoshaim is the Managing Partner of K&A and a highly regarded lawyer qualified in New York, California, Washington D.C., and Saudi Arabia. He has extensive experience advising corporate multinationals, government entities, and financial institutions on a wide range of matters including fund-raisings, structuring, financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and major project developments within Saudi Arabia. Zeyad is regularly engaged in complex cross-border transactions and high-profile strategic mandates that involve both regulatory and commercial considerations, demonstrating a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s legal and business environment.
Beyond his client work, Zeyad has played a pivotal role in the development of the Kingdom’s legal and regulatory framework. He has contributed as a member of the Capital Market Authority Advisory Committee, served as a founding Board Member of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, and was appointed by the Government of Saudi Arabia to the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where he currently serves as a Member of the Court.
Zeyad holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University and has completed a Certificate in the Management of Law Firms from Harvard Law School Executive Education. His career reflects a unique combination of technical, legal, and strategic expertise, making him a trusted advisor on complex corporate, financial, and regulatory matters in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
